We will double check all goods before sending out to customers. However, if customers found the lens defect in the bottles before opening, customers may return the item for an exchange. Customers should double check the lens before opening the bottles and take a video to show us the defective parts (WhatsApp the video to +60164420305).
Other conditions such as dislike the colour/size/design/base curve of the lens, used lens, wrongly purchase, the lens do not fit or not suitable, etc, we’re not held responsible as each individual may have certain requirements in wearing lens in terms of size, designs and quality that we’re unable to identify. Purchases bought under promotional period are not eligible for return, refund or exchange as well.
All our lenses are 3 months disposable but we strictly advise customers to dispose after wearing for 1 month due to hygiene purposes. Different individuals have different methods and frequency of rinsing their contact lenses besides the number of times used by everyone differs as well. Moreover, the lens price is affordable so do not risk your eyes wearing the same pair of lens for too long.
Orders that customer submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. Any reasons such as purchase the wrong colour/design/power/base curve as well as sudden change of mind to change to other designs are not eligible to do any exchange nor cancellations.
Please soak in multipurpose lens solution for at least 24 hours before wearing for optimum comfort and rinse each new casings with multipurpose lens solution before storing your lens. Do remember to change the multipurpose solution used to store the lens in the casings once in every 2-3 days even if you’re not wearing them.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
